Caraga OFWs debriefed, get cash aid

"BUTUAN CITY, Philippines — Displaced overseas Filipino workers (OFW’s) in Caraga region are currently undergoing debriefing to restore their morale at the regional office of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) here, a government official reported Saturday.
Region XIII OWWA Regional Director Dr. Marietta A. Lumawag said the debriefing was conducted to identify the pressing needs of the displaced workers.
“In this case, we know where we will come in and where to start in restoring their morale,” said Lumawag."
