To all OFW's whether memeber or not of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), it is of utmost importance to know the exact location of the DFA passport application office. If what you previously knew is that their location is in Libertad, Pasay City, then you must be making a mistake. That office address was already a previous one and they are no longer accepting passport application and processing in that old office.

Top (EDSP) 10 OWWA Scholarship exam result 2012 from list of passers
After the release by Overseas Workers Welfare Administration of the 2012 scholarship exam passers list, the top notcher examinees were also revealed. We have the list below.

It was finally released, the official list of passers for the examination for OWWA scholarship 2012. The exam passers were listed at the official website of Overseas Workers Welfare Administration at owwa.gov.ph. On the other hand, we've kept a copy of the list below. Congratulations!
