To all OFW's whether memeber or not of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), it is of utmost importance to know the exact location of the DFA passport application office. If what you previously knew is that their location is in Libertad, Pasay City, then you must be making a mistake. That office address was already a previous one and they are no longer accepting passport application and processing in that old office.
What you should do know today is that the DFA OCA and passport processing center has already transferred to another office location. That is in Macapagal Boulevard cor EDSA.
